In the email consultation arm, it informs clinicians on cases submitted through the online platform above on challenging cases such as treatment failure, comorbidity, or adverse drug reactions to the expert team for review. For any query regarding the platform Clinicians can send their inquiries to ulizanascop@gmail.com then cc ict@nascop.or.ke where the team will provide guidance and assistance.

The phone consultation arm allows clinicians to make inquiries directly by calling 0726 460 000. This service enables clinicians to seek immediate clarification or advice from the expert team, promoting efficient communication and prompt resolution of clinical queries.

Both the email and phone consultation services are seamlessly integrated into a web-based platform hosted at NASCOP, ensuring a centralized and accessible system for clinicians within the NHCSC. This integrated approach combines the convenience of online communication with the expertise of the support team, ultimately enhancing the overall quality and timeliness of clinical support provided by the Uliza platform.
